Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

Medium Parcel $15.00 AUD
Free Shipping Orders over $250.00 AUD


Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Tracking is available for all orders to help you keep an eye on where your package is.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following international destinations:

Estimated international delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs delays outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for some parcel sizes — please provide a street address where possible.
  • Free shipping applies to Australian and New Zealand orders only.
